VeryDarkMan to Tinubu: Nigerians Wish You Were the One Who Died, Not Buhari

Social media activist VeryDarkMan has stirred controversy with a blunt message to President Bola Tinubu following the death of former President Muhammadu Buhari.
In a viral video, he claimed that many Nigerians are expressing stronger anger toward Tinubu than they ever did toward Buhari.
“President Tinubu, Nigerians actually wish it was you who died instead. If you die, the backlash will be even worse than what Buhari is facing now. People will insult your corpse, and you won’t rest in peace,” he said.
VeryDarkMan argued that Tinubu’s government has brought harsher economic conditions than Buhari’s, stating that:
“Some Nigerians even prefer Buhari to you. The hardship under your administration is double what we experienced under him. Nobody is speaking well of you.”
He warned that unless Tinubu urgently changes course, his legacy may go down as the worst in Nigeria’s history.
“You still have a little time to fix things. If not, you will be remembered as the worst president Nigeria has ever had.”
