AE-FUNAI Don Celebrates Daughter’s Birthday

Dr. Joe Chukwu, the Head of the Department of Mass Communication at Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike (AE-FUNAI), has penned a heartfelt birthday message to his daughter, Edirin Florence Chinazaekpere Chukwu, as she marks a new year today.

In the message, which he shared publicly on January 17, Dr. Chukwu expressed deep parental pride, affection and prayers for his daughter’s continued growth and success in life.

Describing her as destined for greatness, the university lecturer reaffirmed his belief in her ability to excel, noting that her progress and achievements remain a shared joy for the family.

“Our prayer remains unchanged: you are great and will continue to be so,” he wrote, adding that her joy, happiness and success are inseparable from those of her parents.

Dr. Chukwu also encouraged his daughter to remain steadfast in faith, describing God as their “anchor” and “hope of salvation,” while wishing her continued advancement on what he called the “progressive ladder of life.”

The birthday message was jointly signed by Dr. Chukwu and his wife, identifying themselves simply as “Daddy” and “Mummy,”
