Social activist VeryDarkMan (VDM) led a protest in Auchi, Edo State, blocking Dangote trucks from using the roads until the company compensates accident victims and takes full responsibility for their welfare.

The demonstration followed an incident in which a Dangote truck ran over Ruth Otabor, sister of BBNaija winner Phyna, leading to the amputation of her leg. Joined by students of Auchi Polytechnic, VDM demanded justice and financial compensation for Ruth and other victims of similar accidents.

“The people of Auchi have no choice but to stop all Dangote drivers from using our roads until the company compensates victims, regulates its drivers, and takes full responsibility,” VDM declared.

The protest comes shortly after another Dangote truck accident claimed three lives, drawing sharp criticism from Apostle Johnson Suleman, General Overseer of Omega Fire Ministry. VDM vowed that Dangote trucks would remain barred from Auchi roads until justice is done and all affected families are adequately compensated.
