Tiwa Savage files petition against Davido

Nigerian singer, Tiwa Savage has allegedly filed a petition against Nigerian singer, songwriter and Afrobeats singer David Adeleke, popularly known as Davido..
In a letter currently circulating on social media, the singer wrote to Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Fayode Adegoke Mustapha, over an alleged threat to life against her by Davido.
The letter dated January 9th, addressed to the Commissioner of Police, Tiwa claimed Davido got upset with her because she posted clips of herself and Sophia on her Instagram story on December 23.
“I am writing to bring to your attention a distressing situation involving myself, Tiwatope Omolara Savage, popularly known as Tiwa Savage and Mr. David Adeleke popularly known as Davido”
”On the 23rd of December, I made a post which included myself and Sophia Momodu on my Instagram Story- a feature on Instagram which allows you to put up a post for twenty-four hours, and MR. DAVID ADELEKE sent messages to my manager who’s also part of his management team that I shouldn’t worry and should never say a word to him and that I was taunting him, uttering very disrespectful, malicious nd derogatory words to my person”
Tiwa added that Davido should be held responsible if anything happens to her and her family.
The drama started after the duo unfollowed each other on Instagram over the weekend, which has generated conversation on social media.
Reacting to the issue, Tiwa Savage’s ex-husband Teebillz claimed ”someone threatened to send boys to the mother of her son”‘
