Portable Rejects ₦120M Boxing Offer to Fight VeryDarkMan, Demands ₦1 Billion

Singer Portable has turned down a ₦120 million offer to engage in a boxing match with social media critic VeryDarkMan, insisting that he deserves nothing less than ₦1 billion.
In a video making rounds online, Portable dismissed the offer as too small, claiming he regularly receives over ₦20 million from fans alone.
“I’ve collected over ₦20 million, my fans give me that much. ₦100 million is too little for me to fight VeryDarkMan. They should offer me ₦1 billion,” he said.
He went further to say he’d gladly fight—and defeat—anyone who offers him that amount, even joking about using “juju” to secure a win.
The boxing match proposal reportedly came from talent manager Soso Soberekon, who pledged ₦120 million for the bout.
