A vibrant rally aimed at empowering corps members with the right information about skill development kicked off at the NYSC Orientation Camp in Iyana Ipaja, Lagos, with participants actively engaging in the Skill Acquisition and Entrepreneurship Development (SAED) sensitization campaign.

The awareness rally was spearheaded by the Head of the SAED programme, Mrs. Stella Nweke, who led the charge to enlighten corps members about the wide range of vocational and entrepreneurial training opportunities available to them during their orientation.

As part of the event, corps members moved around the campgrounds, educating their peers on various SAED training options. These include automobile repairs, cosmetology and soap making, agro-allied businesses, culinary arts, ICT, green energy solutions, and more.

The core objective of the rally was to help corps members discover their interests early and make thoughtful decisions about which skills they’d like to develop during their service year.
