Mango Tree Crashes on Tricycle in Ikwo, Family Escapes Unhurt

Panic broke out earlier today at Igboji Primary School in Ikwo Local Government Area of Ebonyi State when a giant, aging mango tree suddenly collapsed on a moving tricycle carrying a family.
According to eyewitnesses who spoke with Asiwaju Media, the rider and his family were inside the tricycle when the tree came crashing down, but miraculously, all occupants escaped without injuries.
“It was a shocking moment,” said one eyewitness. “The tree fell without warning, but thankfully, everyone inside the tricycle made it out safely. It’s only by God’s grace that no life was lost.”
The near-tragic incident has raised safety concerns among locals, who are now urging the relevant authorities to inspect and remove weak trees around public spaces and schools to prevent future disasters.
The affected tricycle sustained significant damage, but as of press time, no casualties were recorded.
