Ebonyi Commissioner Gift Vehicle worth N15M to Councilor

Ebonyi State Commissioner for Commerce, Industry and Business development lopment , Oguzor Offia Nwali, has handed over a 2015 Toyota Corolla worth about N15 million naria to Barr Ezeka Obaino Emmanuel, the Councillor representing Ameka ward in Ezza South Legislative Council.

According to Oguzor’s Facebook post, the vehicle is intended to facilitate the Councillor’s duties as a lawmaker, enabling him to serve his constituency more efficiently.

Oguzor stated, “Earlier today, I handed over a key of Toyota Corolla 2015 to the Councillor representing my community, Ameka – Barr Ezeka Obaino Emmanuel. This is to enable him discharge his duties as a lawmaker representing my ward in Ezza South Legislative Council with ease.”

Oguzor also expressed his personal connection with the Councillor, saying, “He is my childhood friend turned brother, although not from my own village, Amajim. He is from Amalekwuna village but all in Ameka ward.”

Oguzor’s gesture was made possible through the support of his boss, Rt Hon Bldr Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru, to whom he expressed gratitude.

“I thank God for this opportunity he gave to me through my beloved boss and principal, Rt Hon Bldr Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru to put smiles on his face…”

Oguzor concluded his post with a message of goodwill and prayer for the Councillor’s safety

“and pray for God Almighty to keep him safe as he uses the vehicle to go about his normal legislative business of Ezza South LGA. Better days ahead, my Honourable Councillor.”
