Benue Killings: Bobrisky Blasts Lawmakers For Silence Amid Ongoing Violence

Controversial media personality, Bobrisky, has slammed Nigerian senators and members of the House of Representatives over their perceived silence on the recent killings in Benue State.
Taking to Instagram, Bobrisky mocked the lawmakers for prioritizing trivial matters over serious national issues. He recalled how the National Assembly quickly convened meetings over his legal troubles, yet remained mute on the bloodshed in Benue.
He wrote:
“Senator/House representative didn’t call an urgent meeting over the killings happening in Benue. But they can call an urgent meeting when it comes to Bobrisky. Shame, shame!!!! Shame!!! What a shameful country.”
Bobrisky’s remarks have sparked fresh debates online about the priorities of Nigeria’s political leaders.
