2Baba Debunks Claims of Being Broke, Says He Can Live Without Music

Veteran Afrobeats star Innocent Idibia, popularly known as 2Baba, has dismissed rumours suggesting he is financially broke.
Speaking on a recent episode of the +234 Mzansi Podcast hosted by actor Chinedu Ani Emmanuel, aka Nedu, the ‘African Queen’ crooner clarified that he is far from struggling.
2Baba explained that he has wisely invested his earnings from music into various business ventures and is in a position to live comfortably whether or not he continues performing.
“I’m not broke. I invested my money. I can live with or without music,” he stated.
Widely regarded as one of Nigeria’s most bankable artists, 2Baba holds interests in real estate, a record label, and the hospitality industry.
