2027: Two ‘ADA’ among 110 political parties seeking registration with INEC

Two political associations with the same acronyms have submitted their request to be registered by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
The first one is being championed by Chief Akin Ricketts and its full name is the All Democratic Alliance, ADA.
The Ricketts-powered ADA is number 109 on INEC’s list, while the other ADA, with full name Advanced Democratic Alliance, is 110 and the last.
Alhaji Ahmadu Suleiman is the Protem Chairman of the second ADA and Zipporah Pius Miracles is the Secretary. They have their national headquarters at Ground Floor, UAC Complex, Plot 273 Samuel Adesujo Ademulegun Street, CBD, Abuja, FCT.
On the other hand, Suleiman’s ADA has its national headquarters at 1 Frandriance Close, Off Oda Crescent, Off Aminu Kano Crescent, Wuse 2, Abuja.
No fewer than 110 political associations have approached INEC to seek registration as political parties, ahead of the 2027 general elections.
