Yul Edochie Returns to Ministry, Relaunches True Salvation Ministry

Nollywood actor Yul Edochie has officially returned to full-time ministry, announcing the relaunch of his online platform, True Salvation Ministry, after a brief hiatus.
In a public statement, Yul revealed that his break from ministry was divinely inspired. According to him, God instructed him in 2023 to return to his roots in Nteje, Anambra State, to reconnect with his cultural and spiritual heritage. This journey, he said, brought clarity and completeness to his life and calling.
“Going back to my roots made me feel complete,” he said. “Now I understand who I am and what I’ve been called to do. Yes, I’m still a minister of God—an even more powerful one now.”
Yul made it clear that his break wasn’t a retreat, but a period of preparation. With renewed conviction, he relaunched True Salvation Ministry in January 2025, resuming weekly teachings on TikTok and other platforms. He promised to unveil “hidden truths that will save us all,” regardless of public skepticism.
Despite criticism from some quarters who question his sincerity, Yul remains resolute. “I’m not bothered by doubters. My calling is real, and my mission is divine,” he affirmed.
Originally launched in early 2024, True Salvation Ministry gained attention for Yul’s passionate sermons and unique blend of faith and cultural insight. His father, veteran actor Pete Edochie, along with religious leaders, had expressed support for his spiritual journey.
With his return, Yul Edochie appears more grounded and determined, blending his entertainment influence with a bold sense of divine purpose.
