Uche Ogbodo Accuses GUO Logistics Of Theft And Poor Customer Service

Nollywood actress Uche Ogbodo has publicly accused GUO Logistics of theft and unprofessional behavior in a detailed Instagram post.
According to her, a package sent to her from Abuja took five days to arrive with no notification from the company. When her personal assistant went to the GUO office in Ajah to collect it—armed with Ogbodo’s ID and a signed note—staff reportedly refused to release the package, citing the absence of a delivery PIN, which she claims was never sent to her.
Frustrated, Uche visited the office herself. She said the staff initially claimed the package hadn’t arrived, only to later admit it had—but insisted she pay demurrage fees before it could be released. Despite explaining she never received a delivery notification, her plea was allegedly ignored, and her request to speak with a manager was denied.
“I noticed all the workers were in on the same game,” she wrote. “None of them asked what the problem was or tried to help. Why are logistics companies always trying to hide and steal people’s packages?”
The actress also revealed she has frequently lost items through logistics firms, often having to refund customers or resend products via other channels.
Uche called on GUO Logistics to investigate the conduct of its staff and urged the company to improve its customer service.
“@guotransport, please caution your workers!” she added.
