Tobi Amusan Wins Women’s 100m Hurdles at Rabat Diamond League with Season-Best Time

Nigerian sprint hurdler Tobi Amusan returned to top form on Sunday, winning the women’s 100m hurdles at the Rabat Diamond League with a season-best time of 12.45 seconds (+1.2 m/s wind).
The victory marks a strong comeback for Amusan, who had finished fourth in her season opener in Xiamen with a time of 12.74 seconds. Her performance in Rabat not only reaffirms her elite status but also signals she’s hitting her stride ahead of key competitions later this year.
Amusan, the world record holder in the event with a time of 12.12 seconds set in 2022, continues to solidify her position as one of the world’s top hurdlers. Her latest win boosts her momentum as the season builds toward major meets, including the World Championships in Tokyo.
With her trademark speed and precision over the barriers, Amusan once again proved why she remains a dominant force on the global stage.
