Tinubu Vows To Build New APC National Secretariat In Abuja

President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has pledged to construct a new national secretariat for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abuja.
Speaking at the 14th APC National Executive Committee (NEC) meeting held Thursday, July 24, at the State House Conference Centre, Tinubu stressed the need for a more befitting headquarters for the ruling party.
“We’ll look for an appropriate land to build a befitting secretariat,” he said, though he gave no details on the cost of the project.
The APC currently operates from Muhammadu Buhari House in Wuse II, a property the party reportedly bought for ₦2.5 billion in 2021. While the last NEC meeting was held there, Thursday’s session at the Presidential Villa may signal the party’s push for a more functional space.
