Tinubu said the new laws are designed not just to streamline Nigeria’s tax system but to introduce the first major pro-people tax cuts in a generation. He said the reforms are aimed at providing targeted relief to low-income earners, small businesses, and working families.

The newly signed laws are:

  1. Nigeria Tax Bill (Fair Taxation)
  2. Nigeria Tax Administration Bill
  3. Nigeria Revenue Service (Establishment) Bill
  4. Joint Revenue Board (Establishment) Bill
