Tinubu Celebrates Sanwo-Olu At 60, Urges Focus On Legacy Projects

President Bola Tinubu has congratulated Lagos State Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu on his 60th birthday.
In a statement released by presidential spokesman Bayo Onanuga on Tuesday, Tinubu praised Sanwo-Olu for his dedication to public service and his efforts in transforming Lagos into a modern city.
The president commended the governor’s achievements so far, particularly in infrastructure and transportation, citing the successful delivery of the Blue and Red Rail Lines. He also encouraged Sanwo-Olu to stay focused on delivering major legacy projects, including the Fourth Mainland Bridge and the Freedom Way–VGC road.
“Governor Sanwo-Olu has shown leadership, vision, and an unwavering commitment to the progress of Lagos State. I celebrate him today and wish him continued strength, wisdom, and success in the years ahead,” Tinubu said.
The First Lady, Senator Oluremi Tinubu, also sent her best wishes, praying for God’s continued guidance over the governor’s life and service. Other dignitaries, including music star Davido, joined in celebrating Sanwo-Olu’s milestone.
