Popular Nigerian content creator and TikToker, Jarvis, has officially confirmed her engagement to fellow TikTok sensation, Peller, months after initially denying any romantic ties.

In a recent interview with Channels, the 23-year-old influencer addressed the confusion that followed Peller’s viral proposal during a December 2024 livestream. At the time, 19-year-old Peller presented her with a ring, which Jarvis publicly dismissed as a “promise ring” and claimed they were not dating.

Now, she admits otherwise: “It’s true that we are engaged. He actually engaged me—shockingly to me. I believe we will get married at the right time because marriage is a big deal.”

Jarvis explained that she hasn’t been seen wearing the ring because it doesn’t fit her and is safely kept at home.

Reflecting on how their relationship developed, she admitted she once doubted they’d be compatible due to Peller’s online persona. “I didn’t think we would match at all. But he’s actually a cool person offline,” she said. “I’ve learned not to judge people based on social media.”

She concluded that her growing understanding of Peller’s true character played a key role in accepting the relationship and engagement.
