Thousands Dump APC for NNPP in Kano, Welcomed by Kwankwaso

A massive number of APC members have defected to the New Nigeria People’s Party NNPP in Kano State.

Former NNPP presidential candidate, Rabiu Musa Kwankwaso, announced the defection on Friday via his X page, stating that thousands of APC members from across the state joined the NNPP on Thursday.

Kwankwaso, who received the new members at his residence, assured them of fair treatment and collaboration within the party. He attributed the growing support to the effective leadership style in Kano, which he said continues to draw members of the opposition.

He also encouraged others to join the NNPP without hesitation.
