Stella Dimokokorkus Alleges Wunmi Secretly Conducted Two DNA Tests on Mohbad’s Son

Veteran journalist Stella Dimokokorkus has sparked renewed conversation around the paternity of late singer Mohbad’s son, Liam, with claims that Wunmi, Mohbad’s widow, allegedly carried out two DNA tests in secret but never made the results public.

The issue of Liam’s paternity became a subject of public debate following Mohbad’s death, with several voices—most notably Mohbad’s father—demanding a DNA test to confirm if the child is biologically his.

In a post shared on her platform, Dimokokorkus alleged that Wunmi, with the assistance of a well-known Yoruba Nollywood actress, conducted the first DNA test in May 2024. According to her, the result of that test reportedly led to a second test, which was also done discreetly. Both results, she claims, have not been shared with the public or with those close to the family.

“According to inside sources, all the while that Mohbad’s father was crying for a DNA test to be done, Wunmi, aided by a popular Yoruba Nollywood actress, secretly did a DNA test and the result of that first test prompted them to do a second secret DNA test recently. The result of that test is with the actress, and insiders allege that the result might shock everyone,” she wrote.

She questioned why the Nollywood actress holding the results has remained silent, allowing speculation and public scrutiny around Wunmi to persist.

Dimokokorkus also revealed she had previously dismissed the claims as false until she recently saw alleged WhatsApp messages indicating the tests were indeed conducted.

“This is hoping that the DNA test results will be made public to end all the drama that has shifted the focus from who or what killed Mohbad to whether little Liam is his child or not,” she added.
