Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs faces new sex trafficking indictment

Sean “Diddy” Combs is a renowned music mogul, entrepreneur, and founder of Bad Boy Entertainment, known for launching The Notorious B.I.G.’s career and his ventures in fashion, vodka, and media. 

Music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs was hit with a new criminal indictment in his ongoing sex trafficking case, according to court records on Thursday.

According to a Reuters report, the updated three-count indictment does not include additional charges but references three alleged female victims, compared to just one in the original indictment, prosecutors noted in a letter to the court.

Combs, 55, pleaded not guilty to the initial charges last year.

His legal team has yet to respond to requests for comment. The charges include racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking, and transportation for prostitution.

Authorities allege that Combs used his business empire, including Bad Boy Entertainment, to exploit women sexually.

Mr Combs, was arrested on Monday 16 September, 2024, in a New York hotel on charges of racketeering conspiracy, sex trafficking by force and transportation for purposes of prostitution.
