Sam Anyanwu declared as PDP National Secretary by Apex Court

The Supreme Court has declared Senator Samuel Anyanwu as the legitimate National Secretary of Peoples Democratic Party, PDP.

The apex court in its judgement set aside the decision of the Court of Appeal in Enugu.

The National Secretary position became a contentious issue after Anyanwu left to contest the Imo governorship election which he lost.
