“It’s Not a Secret” – Ruth Kadiri Breaks Silence on Claims of Hiding Her Husband

Multi award-winning Nollywood actress Ruth Kadiri has responded to ongoing speculation that she is deliberately hiding her husband, Mr. Ezerika, from the public eye.
Speaking in a recent episode of the “Dear Ife” podcast by Diary of a Naija Girl, the mother of two made it clear that her husband is not a secret — he simply prefers to maintain a low profile.
“For clarity, my husband is not a secret. People who know me, know him. And for me, that’s enough,” she said. “I don’t know why I would sit down thinking about what I’m trying to prove.”
Kadiri explained that they attend events together and that her husband is very much a part of her life, though he chooses not to be in the spotlight. She also addressed assumptions about her being overly private, adding that her life is more open than people often believe — her husband just isn’t widely known.
Ruth Kadiri and Mr. Ezerika got married in 2019 and have since welcomed two daughters. Despite her fame, Kadiri has remained intentional about keeping her family life out of the public glare, occasionally sharing glimpses of her husband on social media without fully revealing his identity.
