Ruger Announces Search for Serious Partner as Mum Issues December Deadline

Singer Ruger has revealed that his mother has urged him to settle down and find a serious partner—giving him a deadline of December 2025 to do so.
Taking to social media, the artist shared that if he fails to bring home a committed girlfriend by the deadline, his mother has threatened to choose one for him.
In a playful post, Ruger joked about the pressure, saying he could be “put on distress sale” if he doesn’t meet the deadline. He also called on interested women to send in their applications.
He wrote:
“My mama don give me December as a deadline. If I no bring one serious girl come house, she go arrange one for me. Ladies, pls send in application. If not, I will be on distress sale by December.”
The announcement sparked a flurry of reactions from fans and followers, with many playfully volunteering to apply, while others shared their own experiences of family pressure to settle down.
