Reno Omokri Hails Peter Obi as “A Worthy Son of Nigeria” on 64th Birthday

As former Anambra State governor and Labour Party presidential candidate, Mr. Peter Gregory Obi, marked his 64th birthday, former presidential aide and public affairs analyst Reno Omokri joined many Nigerians in celebrating him — describing Obi as “a worthy son of Nigeria.”
In a tribute shared via social media, Omokri offered heartfelt prayers and commendation for Obi, highlighting the former governor’s humility, philanthropy, and national relevance.
“Here’s wishing Peter Obi a happy 64th birthday. May God bless you and make you a better person. My family and I pray for your health and continued wealth, even as we wish for you to grow in stealth,” he wrote.
Omokri, who has not always aligned politically with Peter Obi , acknowledged the former governor’s recent acts of charity and wished him divine goodness and mercy.
“May biblical goodness and mercy be your life story henceforth, and may God reward you for your recent works of charity.”
Ending his tribute on a note of national pride, Omokri declared:
“Happy birthday, Peter Gregory Obi, a worthy son of Nigeria.”
The phrase “a worthy son of Nigeria” has since resonated across social media platforms, with many supporters echoing the sentiment, calling Obi a beacon of hope and integrity in a country yearning for honest leadership.
