Addressing the Prospective Corps Members, Head of Reforms at the NYSC Lagos Secretariat, Surulere, Princess Maria Ajiboye, said Reforms as an integral arm of any organization is reliant on 5 guiding principles upon which it serves out its responsibilities in timeliness, effectively, fairly, honestly and transparently.
