Addressing the Prospective Corps Members, Head of Reforms at the NYSC Lagos Secretariat, Surulere, Princess Maria Ajiboye, said Reforms as an integral arm of any organization is reliant on 5 guiding principles upon which it serves out its responsibilities in timeliness, effectively, fairly, honestly and transparently.

She urged the corps members to put up these guiding principles in their places of assignment during the service year.
