Porsha Williams’ Ex-Husband, Simon Guobadia, Sues Her For Defamation Over Claims About His Manhood

Simon Guobadia, the ex-husband of Real Housewives of Atlanta star Porsha Williams, has filed a federal defamation lawsuit against her, accusing the reality star of making damaging and humiliating statements about his private parts on social media.
The Nigerian-born businessman, who divorced Williams in 2024, is demanding $500,000 in damages for lost business opportunities and endorsements, in addition to compensation for emotional distress, public embarrassment, and harm to his reputation.
Court documents reveal that Guobadia first filed the lawsuit in November 2024, shortly after their split turned contentious. He claims Williams posted “negative, false, and misleading” content online that was clearly aimed at attacking his character.
“These posts were intentionally crafted to imply that [Guobadia] suffers from this condition, casting him in a negative and humiliating light,” his attorney stated, as reported by US Weekly.
The lawsuit argues that the posts were worded as though they were factual and were meant to portray Guobadia as sexually inadequate. “[Williams’] statements were false; [Guobadia] does not have ED and has never suffered from or been diagnosed with this condition,” his lawyer added.
This development comes as Williams recently removed “Guobadia” from her Instagram bio, further signaling the deepening rift between the former couple.
In a separate matter, reports have also surfaced that Simon Guobadia has been deported to Nigeria, adding another twist to his ongoing legal and personal saga.
