Platoon 8 Wins Women’s Volleyball Tournament

The Platoon 8 women’s volleyball team emerged victorious at the 2025 Batch “A” Stream 1 tournament held at the NYSC Orientation Camp in Lagos.






















In a dominant display, they defeated Platoon 5 in straight sets (25-20, 25-20) to claim the top spot.
The tournament, sponsored by Handypro Limited, featured a welcome address by State Coordinator Mrs. Christiana Salmwang, emphasizing the importance of fair play and sportsmanship.
Ambassador Folorunso Egbekunle and Handypro officials highlighted the company’s AI-driven platform for connecting clients with professionals and domestic services.
The winning Platoon 8 team received N100,000, while Platoon 5 took home N70,000 for second place and Platoon 10 received N50,000 for third place.
