Multiple Fatalities As Dangote Truck Involved In Another Crash In Enugu State

Several people were reportedly killed on Wednesday in Enugu State after being struck by a Dangote truck.

According to NaijaNewsToday, eyewitnesses confirmed the incident to Parallel Fact News, though details about the number of victims and the exact location remain unclear. Survivors are currently receiving treatment at nearby medical facilities.

This comes weeks after a Dangote truck fatally hit Ruth Otabor, sister of Big Brother Naija winner Phyna, in Edo State. Earlier in April 2024, another Dangote truck collided with a Toyota Hiace bus on the Okene-Lokoja highway, killing 19 people.

The recurring nature of such accidents has sparked outrage and renewed concerns among Nigerians over road safety and truck operations.
