A live demonstration of the MTN Nigeria CPaaS solution showcased its ability to streamline workflows, improve customer experience, and enable seamless conversations through SMS, voice, email, WhatsApp, and video—all from one unified platform.
The MTN Nigeria CPaaS solution is built to integrate easily into existing business systems, offering scalable tools for enterprises seeking to automate communication and deliver consistent messaging across channels. According to Akinbulejo Onabolu, Head of Enterprise Segment at MTN Nigeria, CPaaS represents a game-changing opportunity for organizations determined to thrive in a fast-moving digital economy. “This platform represents a complete transformation in how businesses engage with their customers,” he explained. “With its official launch coming in Q3, we’re confident the MTN Nigeria CPaaS solution will become an essential driver of operational efficiency and stronger connections.”
