MTN Nigeria CPaaS Solution to Transform Business Communication Nationwide

The MTN Nigeria CPaaS solution is charting a bold new course in business communication, empowering Nigerian enterprises to engage their customers more effectively across digital channels. Unveiled at the NextNow Business Forum in Lagos, the platform is designed to transform how brands deliver real-time, personalized interactions that drive loyalty and growth.
At the event, MTN Nigeria, in collaboration with Bayobab and META, brought together industry leaders, marketing executives, and public sector stakeholders to explore the future of digital engagement. A live demonstration of the MTN Nigeria CPaaS solution showcased its ability to streamline workflows, improve customer experience, and enable seamless conversations through SMS, voice, email, WhatsApp, and video—all from one unified platform.
The MTN Nigeria CPaaS solution is built to integrate easily into existing business systems, offering scalable tools for enterprises seeking to automate communication and deliver consistent messaging across channels. According to Akinbulejo Onabolu, Head of Enterprise Segment at MTN Nigeria, CPaaS represents a game-changing opportunity for organizations determined to thrive in a fast-moving digital economy. “This platform represents a complete transformation in how businesses engage with their customers,” he explained. “With its official launch coming in Q3, we’re confident the MTN Nigeria CPaaS solution will become an essential driver of operational efficiency and stronger connections.”
The adoption of cloud-based, omnichannel communication is surging worldwide. Industry forecasts predict the global CPaaS market will grow from $14.7 billion in 2025 to $72.4 billion by 2035, driven by demand for mobile-first, rich media experiences that reduce costs and simplify workflows. In Nigeria, more companies are embracing tools like the MTN Nigeria CPaaS solution to automate customer engagement and deliver value at every touchpoint.
During an interactive session, Omowunmi Olatunbosun and Stephen Agbi of Bayobab highlighted how CPaaS enables brands to adapt their messaging to each stage of the customer journey. They emphasized that the solution’s mobile-friendly design and multimedia capabilities make it easy to deliver consistent, high-impact communication without technical complexity.
By launching the MTN CPaaS solution, MTN is not only equipping businesses with next-generation tools but also positioning them to compete in an increasingly digital, customer-centric market. This initiative underscores MTN’s commitment to driving innovation, supporting enterprise growth, and shaping the future of communication in Nigeria.
