Man Calls Off Wedding After Discovering Fiancée’s Affair With Reverend Father

A Nigerian man, Nwadu Chibuike, has announced the cancellation of his upcoming wedding after uncovering a shocking betrayal involving his fiancée and her reverend father.

In a Facebook post, Chibuike revealed that the wedding, which was scheduled to hold on August 2, 2025, has been called off following the discovery of an ongoing intimate relationship between his bride-to-be and a clergyman.

“I discovered that she was still in an active sexual relationship with her reverend father, even after our introduction,” he wrote, adding that he has an audio recording of her confession.

The post has since sparked a flurry of reactions online, with many expressing shock and sympathy over the revelation.
