Liverpool Star Diogo Jota Dies in Tragic Car Crash Alongside Brother in Spain

Portuguese football star Diogo Jota has tragically died in a car accident in Spain. The 28-year-old Liverpool forward was killed alongside his younger brother, André Silva, when their Lamborghini crashed and caught fire in Zamora, northwestern Spain, on Wednesday, July 3, 2025.
According to Spanish authorities, the vehicle veered off the road, flipped over, and burst into flames. A blown tire is suspected to have caused the fatal crash.
