Controversial Nigerian journalist Kemi Olunloyo has sparked a wave of reactions online after alleging that Priscilla Ojo and her Tanzanian husband, singer Juma Jux, welcomed their child through surrogacy.

The couple recently announced they were expecting their first child together, but in a Facebook post, Olunloyo claimed the child had already been born and was not carried by Priscilla herself.

“UPDATE: Jux and Priscilla Mkambala used a surrogate. Congratulations to them on their new son, Baby Mkambala. 3 passports,” she wrote, noting the child would reportedly hold Nigerian, Tanzanian, and Canadian citizenship.

Olunloyo also shared a screenshot of a social media comment suggesting the pregnancy announcement was staged. The anonymous user accused the couple of using surrogacy due to alleged fertility struggles, particularly on the husband’s part.

“This pregnancy is fake… They did surrogacy and want to make people believe she had the baby herself… From the beginning we heard the boy is not productive… Pregnancy of 3 months can’t be as big as this,” the user claimed.

As of now, neither Priscilla nor Juma Jux has responded to the allegations.
