Jason Jae has made history as the first Head of House (HoH) of Big Brother Naija Season 10, emerging victorious after a rigorous three-stage competition themed “The Sense of Peace.”

The intense challenge pushed all 29 housemates through a demanding elimination process that tested not only physical agility and mental focus, but also the ability to remain composed under pressure—mirroring the “peace” motif at the heart of the contest.

The first stage kicked off with a Block Stacking Challenge, where each housemate was required to reconstruct a model using wooden blocks anchored by a blue piece. Precision under time pressure was key, and only eight housemates moved on: Jason Jae, Thelma Lawson, Bright Morgan, Victory, Tracy, Joanna, Sultana, and Gigi.

Next came the Gold Bar Collection round, which paired contestants for a coordination-based scramble to collect the most gold bars. Jason Jae, Joanna, Bright Morgan, and Sultana emerged as the top performers, securing their places in the final stage.

The last round, the Treasure Box Challenge, saw the final four compete to unlock a box using a single key. In a thrilling finish, Jason Jae was the fastest to crack the lock, claiming the coveted HoH crown and a major strategic edge for the week.

As his first HoH privilege, Jason selected Doris to join him in the HoH lounge. While Big Brother has yet to announce the full perks tied to the title this season, past editions have included immunity, exclusive access, and control over nominations—making Jason Jae’s win a powerful one as the season kicks off.
