“I’m Happy and Sad” – Cubana Chief Priest Speaks Out On Missing Davido’s White Wedding

Cubana Chief Priest has spoken out following his absence from Davido’s lavish white wedding in Miami, expressing both joy for the couple and disappointment over missing the event.
In an Instagram post accompanied by a throwback video from the wedding, the celebrity barman shared his mixed emotions. “Woke up this morning with mixed feelings, I’m happy and I’m still sad at the same time. Sometimes God has a way of making you understand that you are powerless regardless of all you may think you have,” he wrote.
Chief Priest, whose absence sparked reactions online, thanked critics for their comments, saying they motivated him to reapply for a U.S. visa. Directly addressing the U.S. embassy in Nigeria, he pleaded for approval, noting the public’s disappointment at not seeing him at his best friend’s wedding. “Delay is never denial, CP is still hopeful,” he added.
While unable to attend in person, he sent warm wishes to Davido and his wife, Chioma, describing their union as “amazing.” He also noted that his wife, @_deangels, was present at the event, representing him in body while he was there “in spirit.”
Closing his message, he appealed once more to U.S. authorities to grant him entry, describing America as “the greatest country in the world” and admitting, “This pain is really paining.”
