Hilda Baci To Use 250 Bags Of Rice For Record-Breaking Jollof Cook On September 12
Hilda Baci has announced that her record-breaking attempt to cook the largest pot of jollof rice will require 250 bags of rice.
In a video, she detailed the calculations behind the massive project, highlighting its unprecedented scale. The cooking feat is scheduled for September 12, 2025, using a pot six meters wide and six meters tall.
Hilda Baci wrote: The biggest question since I announced this — HOW MUCH RICE? Jollof this big doesn’t happen without math. From raw rice to tomato paste, every grain counts! Watch me break down the numbers for the largest pot of Nigerian jollof ever. Come 12th September, we will all see it come together with my @ginonaija.
