Hydration is key
Focus on consuming plenty of water and sugar-free fluids during suhoor and iftar to avoid dehydration during Ramadan Fast.
Nutrient-rich meals
Prioritize complex carbohydrates, lean protein, and healthy fats at suhoor for sustained energy. Opt for fruits, vegetables, and whole grains at iftar for essential vitamins and minerals

Mindful eating
Break the Fast with dates and a light meal to avoid overeating. Savor your food and eat slowly.
Listen to your body
If you experience fatigue or dizziness, adjust your sleep schedule or consult a healthcare professional.
