Foundation Flags Off ‘Back to School’ Programme in Ebonyi

The C-Sagas Charity Foundation has officially launched its “Back to School” initiative in Ikwo Local Government Area of Ebonyi State, with the distribution of writing materials to pupils across forty community primary schools.
The event, which held on Wednesday, witnessed large turnout of school children, head teachers, community leaders, parents, and stakeholders in the education sector.
The programme is part of the Foundation’s efforts to support basic education and improve access to learning materials in underserved communities.
The flag-off was led by Chief Dr. Mrs. Irene Ugochi Asaga Nwali Nnediorah Mma, wife of High Chief Architect Christian Asaga Nwali PhD, and founder of the C-Sagas Charity Foundation. She was joined by the Foundation’s leadership team and dignitaries from across the state.
Among those in attendance were Dr. Obisi Nweke, Coordinator of the Foundation, Hon. Mrs. Margaret Ngozi Igwe, Coordinator of Women and Children Affairs, Dr. Archibong Friday, Secretary of the Educational and Skills Acquisition Team, Dr. Rosemary Ozioma Igwe, and several ward councillors.
The Foundation used the event to appreciate the efforts of teachers in driving educational development at the grassroots level. It also reiterated its support for the administration of Governor Francis Ogbonnaya Nwifuru, highlighting his education-friendly policies and scholarship programmes which have benefitted over 1,000 Ebonyians at home and abroad.
Pupils were encouraged to focus on their academics, uphold good behaviour, and strive for excellence. The Foundation reaffirmed its commitment to rewarding outstanding academic performance and positive conduct among school children.

C-Sagas Charity Foundation continues to play a key role in community development through investments in education, healthcare, skills acquisition for youths, environmental protection, peaceful coexistence, and the promotion of human rights.
The organisation called on individuals and institutions to partner with them in driving sustainable development and humanitarian service across the region.
