Former Niger North Senator Ibrahim Musa Dies In Abuja After Brief Illness

Senator Ibrahim Musa, who once represented the Niger North Senatorial District under the platform of the Congress for Progressive Change (CPC), has died.

The former lawmaker, a staunch loyalist of the late Muhammadu Buhari, served in the Senate from 2011 to 2015.

His death was confirmed by the Niger State Government through the Secretary to the State Government, Alhaji Abubakar Usman.

“Senator Ibrahim died today (Thursday) in Abuja after a brief illness, leaving behind a legacy of dedicated service to his people and the nation at large,” Usman stated.

He also extended the condolences of the government and people of Niger State to the family and associates of the late senator.
