FCT Police Recover Three Suspected Stolen, Abandoned Vehicles

Operatives of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) Police Command have recovered three vehicles suspected to have been stolen and abandoned in Abuja.

According to the Command, the operation took place on August 11, 2025, after officers from the Central Police Station acted on credible intelligence. The recovered vehicles include a Honda Civic (ash colour, registration number YAB 837 TA), a Toyota Sienna LE (ash colour, registration number ABJ 75 JR), and an orange Coaster Bus without a registration number.

FCT Commissioner of Police, CP Ajao Adewale, appreciated residents for their cooperation and timely information that aided the recovery. He urged anyone whose vehicle matches the description to visit the FCT Police Command Headquarters with proof of ownership for verification and collection.

The Command encouraged residents to remain vigilant and promptly report suspicious movements or criminal activities via its emergency lines: 08032003913 and 08028940883.

Police spokesperson SP Josephine Adeh reiterated the Command’s commitment to safeguarding lives and property across the territory.
