Family Announces Burial Plans for Late Nollywood Actress Monalisa Stephen
The family of award-winning Nollywood actress and social media influencer, Monalisa Stephen, has announced her funeral arrangements following her sudden death.
Monalisa passed away recently due to complications from low blood sugar and internal bleeding, a loss that deeply shocked the Nollywood community.
In an official statement, the family revealed that she will be laid to rest on Thursday, May 22, 2025. The funeral will be held privately, in accordance with the family’s wishes.
Since news of her passing broke, fans and colleagues have taken to social media to pay tribute, remembering her as a bold, sincere voice and a tireless advocate for body positivity and mental health awareness.
