EeZee Conceptz MD, Nancy Nnadi Retracts Allegations, Says Settlement Talks With Mercy Chinwo Underway

Nancy Nnadi, Managing Director of EeZee Conceptz Limited, has revealed that the label is currently in talks with gospel singer Mercy Chinwo to resolve their ongoing royalty dispute.
Nnadi made the disclosure while publicly retracting her earlier allegations of financial misconduct against Chinwo. The retraction comes amid a legal battle between the singer and her former label boss, Ezekiel Onyedikachukwu, popularly known as EeZee Tee.
In January 2025, Chinwo dragged EeZee Tee to court, accusing him of diverting $345,000 in music royalties—a dispute that surfaced two years after she parted ways with the label over financial disagreements.
As tensions escalated, Nnadi took to social media accusing Chinwo of financial impropriety. In response, Chinwo filed a defamation lawsuit, demanding a public apology and removal of the offending posts.
However, in a post shared on Instagram over the weekend, Nnadi retracted her claims and expressed hope for reconciliation.
“On the advice of my lawyer, and for the sake of peace and the love of God, I retract my earlier post about Minister Mercy Chinwo. We also pray that Almighty God perfects the ongoing settlement process being facilitated by the Fathers of Faith between her and EeZee Conceptz,” she wrote.
She noted that respected religious leaders are mediating the reconciliation efforts between both parties.
