Ebonyi Coordinator Distributes Motorcycles, Lauds Governor’s Grassroots Development Agenda

In alignment with the “People’s Charter of Needs” agenda of Ebonyi State Governor, His Excellency Rt. Hon. Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru , the Coordinator of Ohaozara Development Centre, Hon. Nwabueze Edward, has distributed motorcycles to members of the Management Committee and the DC cashier as a gesture of appreciation and support.

Speaking during the presentation ceremony, Hon. Edward stated that the initiative was inspired by Governor Nwifuru’s people-focused policies. He described the governor as a visionary leader who has continued to prioritize the welfare of Ebonyi citizens and emphasized the importance of replicating such leadership at the grassroots level.

“The government of His Excellency Francis Ogbonna Nwifuru is deeply people-oriented. As a beneficiary of his inclusive governance, I find it necessary to appreciate those who have supported the administration at the Development Centre by empowering them,” Hon. Edward said.

He used the occasion to express his gratitude to the Governor for the opportunity to serve and outlined key achievements under his tenure as Coordinator. He also assured the people of Ohaozara of continued quality representation and development-focused leadership.

Responding on behalf of the beneficiaries, Mr. Vincent Abba Odili, Management Committee Member for Internally Generated Revenue (IGR), commended the Coordinator for the generous gesture. He described Hon. Edward as a compassionate and selfless leader who prioritizes the wellbeing of his team and the larger community.

“We are grateful for this show of leadership and kindness. It strengthens our resolve to work harder and continue supporting the Coordinator’s vision, as well as the Governor’s developmental policies,” Odili said, while also pledging full support for Governor Nwifuru’s administration ahead of 2027.

The event was well attended by political stakeholders, party loyalists, and staff of the Development Centre, who praised both the Coordinator and the Governor for their proactive and people-centered approach to governance.
