Ebonyi-Born Real Estate Mogul Donates Plot of Land to Ibom Air Passenger

Emmanuel Chukwudi Nwafor, a prominent real estate developer and Businessman, has announced the donation of a plot of land in Abuja to Mr. Emmanson Comfort, a Passenger of Ibom Air who was discharged from prison on Tuesday.

Mr. Nwafor popularly called DADDY G.O Of Real Estate, who hails from Ebonyi State, made the announcement via his verified social media handle on Wednesday.

According to the statement, the land — located in the high-value Katampe Extension area of Abuja — will be given to the recipient at no cost. Comfort has been invited to visit Mr. Nwafor’s office in Utako, Abuja, to select a plot from among three available sizes:

250 square metres, valued at ₦45 million
500 square metres, valued at ₦90 million
1000 square metres, valued at ₦180 million

“She is free to choose whichever plot size she wants and can build immediately,” Mr. Nwafor stated.

The real estate entrepreneur, who leads Dream Drew Properties Ltd, described the gesture as an expression of his patriotism and humanitarian commitment.

He also encouraged other Nigerians interested in purchasing property in the area to visit his Abuja office or contact the company via WhatsApp.

Mr. Nwafor’s gesture has attracted attention on social media, with many commending the philanthropic move amidst ongoing conversations about housing access and corporate social responsibility in Nigeria’s real estate sector.
