EBBC Apologizes for Technical Glitch During Sunday Broadcast, Pledges Improved Service

The Ebonyi Broadcasting Corporation (EBBC) has issued a formal apology to its viewers following a technical hitch that disrupted its live outside broadcast on Sunday.
In a statement signed by the Director General, Mr. Anthony G. Nwizi, the station expressed deep regret over the audio challenges that marred the transmission, acknowledging the significant impact it had on audience engagement.
“We acknowledge and deeply regret the audio challenges experienced during our live broadcasts yesterday. The suboptimal sound quality significantly impacted audience engagement, and we take full responsibility for the lapse,” the statement read.
Mr. Nwizi disclosed that following a comprehensive technical review, the issues responsible for the disruption were promptly identified and resolved. He also assured the public that corrective measures have been put in place to prevent any future recurrence.
The Director General emphasized EBBC’s commitment to maintaining the highest standards in broadcast quality and reaffirmed the corporation’s dedication to delivering reliable and seamless programming.
