Clem Ohameze Reports Blogger Over False Stroke Claims

Veteran Nollywood actor Clem Ohameze has revealed that he reported a blogger to the police for falsely claiming he had suffered a stroke.

Speaking during a TikTok live session, Ohameze dismissed the viral health rumors and shared details of the steps he had taken. He said, “I’ve reported the blogger to the police. I even gave them the person’s contact information. I also reached out to a director at the DSS to ensure this cybercrime is properly addressed.”

The controversy began when a Facebook user, Okwuluora 1, posted that Ohameze had suffered a stroke and was allegedly abandoned by his sons, with only his daughter caring for him. Ohameze clarified that he does not have three sons and described the claims as entirely false.

He expressed frustration over being targeted by repeated rumors, saying, “It is painful when people keep spreading lies about you. I will not let an idiot rubbish me with fake stories.”

The actor emphasized that he is committed to protecting his reputation and holding those responsible for defamatory claims accountable, underscoring the emotional and social impact of misinformation.
