Call For Applications: Michael Taiwo Foundation Graduate Study Support Program

The Michael Taiwo Foundation is inviting applications from ambitious and eligible African students seeking to pursue postgraduate studies overseas. This annual initiative is designed to empower academically driven individuals with the guidance and funding required to navigate the graduate school application process in countries such as the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and across Europe.

About the Program

Opening on June 16th, 2025 at 8:00 AM PST, this year’s edition of the Michael Taiwo Foundation Graduate School Application Scholarship is committed to identifying and nurturing talented minds from underrepresented communities by supporting their journey toward world-class education.

This program not only provides financial assistance but also pairs scholars with experienced mentors who guide them through every phase of their postgraduate application.

Eligibility Requirements 

Applications are welcome from:

• All recent university graduates, regardless of their major or discipline.
• Final-year students with strong academic performance up to their penultimate year.
• Candidates with a minimum CGPA of 4.0 on a 5.0 scale (or its equivalent) are considered ideal.
• However, the foundation evaluates applications holistically, encouraging all eligible individuals to submit an application.
• What the Scholarship Covers

Successful applicants will receive:

• One-on-one mentorship from professionals with global academic exposure
• Full coverage of test registration fees for:
• GRE or GMAT
• TOEFL or IELTS
• Support for six graduate school application fees
• Fees for up to four additional score reports
