The program has global inspiration—borrowing ideas from:

- Applied Science Technologists of British Columbia
- But this program is made for Nigeria, and it’s helping more women move from ideas to impact in engineering.

- Funding to turn your idea into a working product or company
- Mentorship from experts in engineering and business
- Workshops and hands-on training to improve your leadership and technical skills
- Connections to industry leaders and potential investors
A chance to be part of something much bigger—a movement to help young girls see themselves in tech and engineering
