C-SAGAS Charity Foundation Announces 2025 Mathematics Competition

In line with its mission to promote educational excellence, the C-SAGAS Charity Foundation, under the leadership of its founder, High Chief Architect Christian Asaga Nwali, PhD (Okpata Ozua Oha I), has announced the launch of the C-SAGAS Mathematics Competition 2025 for all public and private secondary schools in Ikwo Local Government Area.
This annual competition is designed to identify and reward outstanding mathematical talent among SS2 students, while encouraging a spirit of academic competition and excellence.
Call for Participation
All secondary school principals in Ikwo LGA are hereby requested to nominate and submit the names of their brightest SS2 students who will represent their schools in the competition.
Competition Structure
The competition will be held in two stages:
1. Zonal Stage
- Date: Saturday, July 12, 2025
- Time: 10:00 AM
- Venues:
- Community Secondary School, Ndiagu Echara
- Community Secondary School, Noyo Alike
- Urban Secondary School, Ndufu-Echara
- Community Secondary School, Abina
- Community Secondary School, Eka-Awoke
2. Final Stage
- Date: Saturday, August 30, 2025
- Time: 10:00 AM
- Venue: Ebonyi State College of Education, Ikwo
Registration Process
- Registration Period: June 2 – June 30, 2025
- Interested students should indicate their interest through their school principals.
- Schools must submit student names, school address, and preferred exam center to:
- Engr. Dr. Archibong Friday, Secretary, Educational Services & Skill Acquisition Team – 08034258869
- Or via the NUT Chairman, Ikwo LGA – 08037787892
Prizes and Recognition
Awards will be presented to:
- The best-performing students
- Their respective teachers
- The schools from which the top students emerged
This initiative reflects the Foundation’s commitment to empowering students through education and fostering a culture of academic excellence in Ebonyi State.
