Ayra Starr Seals International Deal With Jay-Z’s Roc Nation
Nigerian music star Ayra Starr has secured a major international partnership with Jay-Z’s entertainment powerhouse, Roc Nation.
Her name and discography now appear on the company’s official website, sparking excitement among fans and fueling speculation of a broader global rollout. The move comes shortly after Roc Nation publicly congratulated Ayra Starr on her recent BET Award win—her first—a gesture many interpreted as a hint at an ongoing collaboration.
The singer has also teased a snippet of her upcoming single, “Hot Body,” which is expected to be released under Roc Nation’s management.
While no formal documents have been released, early reports suggest that Ayra Starr will continue to be signed to Mavin Records, with Roc Nation stepping in to manage and amplify her international reach.
This new deal places Ayra Starr alongside other Nigerian superstars who have worked with Roc Nation, including Tiwa Savage, Wizkid, and Burna Boy.
With the partnership now in motion, Ayra Starr’s global presence is set to grow even further, following her recent tours across the U.S. and Canada, and upcoming performances at Afro Nation Portugal.
